  We collect the files from your offices and create computer files based on your requirements. You then receive these computer files as an e mail or on a CD ROM allowing you a complete overview of your stored material.
   
  
• Control of destruction dates
  
  Here is a huge potential for savings. All too often files are stored well over their required date simply because control of such things is time consuming. This can now be avoided. At the time of file collecting from your offices you provide the correct destruction date. This date will then be entered in our system. At the beginning of the said year we inform you what is due for destruction and you can then decide to either extend the lives of the files or have us arrange the destruction  as laid down by the local law.
   
  
• Information movement
  
  Recall of your files to your offices takes place within two hours here in Frankfurt. Should the files be required in another city or country this is also no problem ! Via direct courier or by general carrier we can arrange the most suitable method and take care of all the formalities.
   
  
• Advertising materials such as brochure, hand-outs.
  
  Many companies require a certain amount of storage space for information and advertising materials such as give-aways. This is space that they often don't have. This is also an ALS service; we handle not only the storage but also the compilation of shipments for on forwarding and their forwarding as well.
