Storage takes place in our centrally located archive facility in Hamburg. All requirements as regards preventative fire protection up to and including insurance against destruction of the stored matter by error, are in place.

How does it function ???

• The first step is to mutually research your needs regards storage space.
• Should you decide to go ahead with the idea we then develop with you, the optimal manner in which the archive is grouped and marked. We provide, at no cost to you, the correct cartons for storage. These take 5 - 6 file folders. Each carton is given a barcode to identify it's owner and it's exact location.
• The storage takes place in our file centre. This complex has coded lock control, ultra sensitive smoke detectors and video surveillance.

How do you access your information and files ?

Simple ! You send us your order by fax or email and within 2 hours you have them.

By the way, we are accessible 24 hours a day and 365 days a year so that access is never a problem.
